I.E.R. assists with respect to Internet Communication. I.E.R. can judge existing or new web site designs on functionality and effectiveness, on aesthetic appeal or by quality control in web site design and development.

I.E.R. can also design and develop web sites itself, but accepts requests to do so very selectively and only with regard to its projects or its new publications in developments or progresses in Internet Communication.

I.E.R. has produced over the last years also some scientific papers on e-learning, mainly in cooperation with the Institute for Labour & Technology (Institut Arbeit und Technik) in Germany.
